Getting Started

We primarily work with hotel developers, real estate developers, interior designers, and property management companies who need commercial-grade furniture for hospitality and residential projects. We are a B2B service — we don't sell individual retail pieces.
The easiest way is to contact us via WhatsApp or email with a brief overview of your project — the type of property, number of units or rooms, approximate timeline, and your location. We'll follow up and prepare a preliminary response within 2 business days.
Yes. While our sales office is in Mexico City, we ship globally. We have experience delivering to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, the United States, and Europe. Shipping logistics and timelines vary by destination.

Products & Customization

Yes — custom sizing, materials, and finishes are the default for most of our projects. You can provide technical drawings, mood board images, or reference samples and we'll develop the product accordingly.
MOQ varies by product category. For standard products, MOQ can be as low as 5–10 pieces. For fully custom development, a minimum production run is typically required — usually 20–50 pieces depending on complexity. We discuss MOQ on a project-by-project basis.
Our factories work with a very wide range of materials: solid woods (oak, walnut, teak, beech, pine), engineered woods and MDF, natural veneers, lacquers, powder-coated metals, brass and bronze, natural stone tops, and many upholstery fabrics and leathers.
Yes. Many interior designers specify their own fabrics for upholstered pieces. You can ship your fabric to our Foshan factory and we'll use it in production. We'll advise on the required yardage per piece.

Pricing & Lead Times

Standard products with no custom development: 30–45 days. Custom products (after sample approval): 45–75 days. Very large orders (1000+ pieces) may require 90–120 days. We provide a specific timeline with every quotation.
For standard customization (size or finish changes): 2–3 weeks. For new design development: 3–6 weeks. Sample development time is in addition to production lead time.
We quote on an FOB Foshan basis (price includes all factory and local freight costs to the port of Foshan). Shipping, freight insurance, and import duties in your country are additional.

Quality & Shipping

We have a three-stage quality control process: (1) Material inspection before production, (2) In-progress inspection during production, and (3) Pre-shipment inspection of finished goods. Each inspection is documented with photographs and a signed report.
We offer a warranty on all products. Document the damage at receipt and contact us immediately. For manufacturing defects, we will replace the affected pieces at no charge. For shipping damage, we'll work with the freight insurer on your behalf.
For large projects, we consolidate into 20ft or 40ft containers. For smaller orders, we can consolidate (LCL) with other shipments. We coordinate with your local freight agent or can recommend forwarders we have relationships with.
We prepare all necessary export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin. Import customs clearance in your country is handled by your local freight agent — we provide all documentation they need.
