Hotel Sofas and Upholstered Seating from China
Sofas and lounge chairs are the pieces guests touch most, and the first to show wear. A hotel sofa has to look like the design render on opening day and still hold its shape after years of daily use. Chinify sources custom sofas and upholstered seating from specialised upholstery factories in Foshan, China, for hotel lobbies, guestrooms, restaurants and residential projects.

What we make
- Lobby and lounge: sofas, sectionals, lounge chairs, ottomans and benches
- Guestrooms and suites: two- and three-seat sofas, sofa beds, occasional chairs and headboards
- Restaurant and bar: banquettes, booths, upholstered dining chairs and bar stools
- Residential: living-room sets for show units, serviced apartments and villas

What makes a sofa hotel-grade
| Component | Hotel specification |
|---|---|
| Frame | Kiln-dried hardwood or hardwood plus plywood, glued and screwed corner blocks; metal frames for slim designs |
| Suspension | Sinuous springs or pocket springs rather than elastic webbing alone |
| Foam | High-resilience foam with a density suited to seat and back, fibre wrap for comfort; fire-retardant foam where required |
| Fabric or leather | Contract-grade fabric with a high rub count (typically 30,000+ double rubs for public areas), stain treatment; COM fabrics accepted |
| Legs and details | Metal or solid wood legs with glides, consistent seams and welts across the whole order |
From the outside, a residential sofa and a hotel sofa can look identical. The difference is in the frame, springs, foam and fabric, which is why we specify each component and check them during production.
