Kitchen Cabinets and Wardrobes from China for Residential and Hotel Projects

For a residential tower or a serviced-apartment building, the kitchens and wardrobes are often the largest furniture package in the project, and the most technical. Every unit type needs drawings that fit the walls, plumbing and appliances on site, and every unit of the same type has to be identical. Chinify sources custom kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, bathroom vanities and built-in storage from specialised cabinetry factories in Foshan, China, for developers, contractors, hotels and interior designers.

Cabinetry is the category where site measurements matter most. We work from your architect’s drawings and from measurements of a finished mock-up unit before releasing production for the whole building.

How a cabinetry project works

  1. Brief: unit types and quantities, architectural drawings, finish references, appliance list and handover dates.
  2. Design development and FOB quotation: cabinet drawings per unit type, specifications and pricing.
  3. Samples and mock-up: door and worktop samples, then a complete kitchen and wardrobe for one unit, installed and checked on site where possible.
  4. Production and three-stage QC: materials, in-production and pre-shipment inspections, with photos.
  5. Packing and loading: labelled by building, floor and unit, loaded in the order your installer needs.

Payment, inspection and shipping are explained on how we work.

Frequently asked questions

Can you make kitchens to our architect’s drawings?

Yes. The factory develops cabinet drawings for each unit type from your architectural drawings and site measurements. Production for the whole project starts only after the drawings and a mock-up unit are approved.

Which board is best for kitchens and bathrooms?

Plywood or moisture-resistant particleboard and MDF are the usual choices for wet areas. We also specify the emission class your market or client requires, such as E1, E0, ENF or CARB P2, and request the board supplier’s certificates.

Are cabinets shipped assembled or flat-packed?

Both are possible. Flat-pack uses container space better; assembled carcasses save installation time on site. We recommend one or the other based on the project size, freight cost and your installer.

Can deliveries follow our construction phases?

Yes. We can split production and shipping by phase, tower or floor, and label every carton by unit so installers can work in sequence.

Do you install the kitchens and wardrobes?

In Mexico, yes: our own local installation team can install them. In other countries, installation is done by your contractor or installer, with our drawings and unit-by-unit labelling.
